Emphasise good nutrition from whole food ingredients

It’s generally quite well known that if kids eat high sugar foods, their moods will be up and down, and their energy will soar and then crash. But, nonetheless, highly sugary children’s breakfast cereals are still commonly sold and consumed, and many working parents primarily eat processed foods, and skip meals on a regular basis as well.
