Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for all items in my store. Items ship in 1-2 weeks, check specific product listing for more detailed information.
Refund/Return Policy
Your items ARE eligible for refund/return if:
Item arrives damaged
Item does not arrive
Incorrect item is shipped
The item is not as advertised in the store (this does NOT include slight color variations).
In any of the above cases please take a photo of the item and email me @ [email protected] with the picture and a brief explanation of the problem. If the item needs to be returned in these cases, the shipping will be paid for by the supplier. Once I get the refund/return process started, you will need to carefully complete directions sent from the supplier to complete the refund.
Some manufacturers offer return and refund options if you are not satisfied with their product, others do not, you can find this information listed in the product description for each item. I can only refund your purchase price if the product arrives damaged or dysfunctional, or if the manufacturer agrees to refund the item.
