• This model has a clockwork-style mechanism. To make it operate, you rotate the winder several times and release the brake lever.  While the mechanism is working inside the mill, you can watch the little gnome mill workers running up and down the stairs.

• Assembly takes 4-6 hours, on average (varies with user skills, abilities, and speed).
• Medium difficulty level, recommended for ages 14+, but careful 12-year-olds will enjoy this.
